Enhancement made in Workspace
We have provided various options essential when you are working in a collaborative environment. Here is a quick view of the options,
1. Send Mail Option: You can mail any specific document as an attachment using the 'Send Mail' option beside each document. Also, you can select multiple documents and use the 'Send mail' option. No need to search for your contacts. As it’s integrated with Zoho Mail it contains address book by default, you can select the recipient from address book to whom you like to mail your documents.
2. Moderator Option in Shared Workspace: You can now assign 'Moderator' privilege to users in the shared workspace. This allows workspace members to upload documents and add folders to the shared workspace.
3. Unsubscribe from Shared Workspace: Consider a scenario, if you change your department from 'Sales' to 'Marketing'. In such case, use the 'Unsubscribe' option available in toolbar as shown below, to get rid of the shared workspace(sales) and it's related documents from your Account. In addition, owner of the workspace will also be notified when you 'Unsubscribe' from the shared workspace through email.
4. Chat & Collaborate: Now, you can easily chat with your workspace members, which allows real-time collaboration and you can discuss about the document across users over varied time zones. You can exchange your ideas instantly and improve the quality of work, as everyone will be able to contribute their valuable insights to the documents in the Workspace.

Publishing Your Documents
With Zoho Docs 3.0, you can now publish you documents and make it available to the whole world.
