Evernote Migration - Blank Notes

I just completed a migration from Evernote. I noticed that many notes are completely blank which leads me to question the completeness of every note. Why would this have occurred and any ideas for how to check what has been migrated over without having to check each and every note?

I also noticed that it did not migrate my tags. It seems to have gone alphabetically and stopped at F as well as added many tags that did not exist in Evernote.

It seems like this may be a migration that can not be trusted which means I am back to square one.

Any ideas?
