My success story is a little more drastic.
We were using MS word with a basic template to do our invoices
keeping the info on a USB stick, it was always available, but still not as flexible as I wanted it. now using Zoho Invoice, I can jump on my laptop, or dive into the nearest Internet Cafe, or even on my client's pc generate and mange all my invoices with all the reporting any small business could wish for.
I'm sure you will still add many features, but for now, I am already impressed.
