Generate a task from an email
Hi,
Ive been trying to see if this feature exists so please let me know if i have missed it. if its not htre, woul dbne great to have it as new functionality.
In our business often an email received prompts a workflow. I've setup the ZOHO Mail which works well, but now I'm looking to be able to select an email, and generate a task from it. So it automatically adds as much content as possible to the new task, associates it to the Email (which will then show in related links on that task) and then the user can fill in notes, owner and due date.
Is there such a feature?
