We bill on an hourly basis and need that time added into a client's invoice in Books. A client might have multiple deals open with us that we are working on, and billing separately, and thus need separate invoices for each.
The functionality of Projects is good (for managing matter and for time billing), except that I don't see the ability to view past emails, calls, notes, or WorkDrive files for that project. So having all the information in the CRM available is ideal.
Further, when we email the client and call the client about their deals and would like to allocate that email or call to the respective deal/project, as well as bill our time for it. We could live with this information being available in the Client module, but it would be best for us to be able to allocate it more specifically.
We like WorkDrive being accessible via CRM Deals too.
How do we structure what we want to do with the functionality and limitations of CRM, Books, and Projects? Ideas?
