Integration - name of form not passed into CRM as lead source

Hello,

I reviewed the app and i m interested to know what your plans are about further integration.

At the moment. it is possible to integrate with ZOho CRM and Campaign... but from what i saw not both at the same time.

I would like to use FORMS to run an external lead generation campaign posters with a QR code.

The idea would be to have several types of campaign and I want to track where the leads are coming from.

Even if I have several forms, with each their QR code, only the basic information is passed into ZOho CRM as lead.

The form name and the source is not visible for selection.

What would you subject ? that i create a hiden field with the name of the form / campaign and have this preformated field sent to CRM ?
