I integrated the CRM with Books. This allows me to display accounting documents assigned to a customer directly in the CRM. This is a very convenient option.
Unfortunately, I can't find a solution to properly set permissions for my sales department.
Only managers have access to all vendors in CRM. And what is important, a completely different person is responsible for creating invoices in Books.
The problem is that while the salesperson can see customers and related documents from Books and cannot see the vendors in CRM (the record created by the manager and assigned to this role only), he can open Zoho Finance tab in CRM and view all invoices, including those assigned to the vendor.
As I mentioned earlier, Zoho Books is handled by another person who creates all invoices.
Do any of you have any idea how to keep the CRM integration with Books and at the same time not display in CRM the documents associated with vendors in Zoho Finance tab?
