Hello,
We're thrilled to announce that Zoho Sign has integrated with the Doc Scanner app. You can now scan your paper or handwritten documents and securely sign them using the Doc Scanner app by Zoho, available in the App Store.
What is the Doc Scanner app?
Doc Scanner is an iOS app built primarily for the purpose of using your device's camera to scan physical documents. Doc Scanner can, thus, be used to convert paper documents into digital files and store it all in one place.
Key features
The Doc Scanner and Zoho Sign integration lets you scan, e-sign and share your documents seamlessly.
- OCR - Extract text from the scanned document and edit it.
- Translation - Translate the extracted content into eight different languages.
- Annotation - Use the pen tool to manually mark important points on your scanned copy.
- Share - Share your docs with peers via various messaging apps and cloud services.
How to e-sign a document using Doc Scanner:
- Open Doc Scanner.
- Using your device's camera, capture the document you want to e-sign.
- Click Actions (three dots).
- Click e-Signature.
- Enter your Zoho Sign credentials.
- Tap Signature.
- Draw or insert your signature into the document.
- Tap Finish.
Note:
Your signed document will be available as a copy in your Zoho Sign account. Once you have signed a document, you will no longer be able to modify its content.
Doc Scanner comes with 3 pricing options to choose from, namely Basic, Standard, and Premium under which you can sign 2, 10, and 20 documents respectively. If you have purchased a Zoho Sign license, you are entitled to sign as many documents as permitted by your Zoho Sign subscription using Doc Scanner.
National ESign Day was just two days ago! So, clear your paper clutter and go digital with your business documents!
