We would like an APP that will integrate with Zoho Books Data and to be used as a job / Customer tracker. We would like to have a description field / a pop up reminder / calendar w/ scheduler / Printable. Something similar to QuickBooks Customer Manager. A little background: We are a custom fabrication shop. We build and install our products. sometimes our customer may call us a few years after the installation and need their product to be repaired or touched up etc.. We would like for the App to be able to pull that customers information from ZOHO BOOKS and propagate a project details field so that all of the correct information is there for us to send out a service man with all of the correct info. For example: Customer has a Bronze finish on a railing that we provided to them 3 years prior. If they call to have it touched up or re-painted, we can then pull their information from Books and log request and set up a schedule on our calendar.
