I would like to create a work order application and integrate it with Quickbooks and a CRM. I have not decided on a CRM yet. I want it to accomplish the following. 1. Please see the attached form, I want the web form to have all these fields plus a few more including attachments and email the form option. 2. I want a view screen with the following fields, Date due by, Date entered, customer name, job description, status and the fields sorted by date due by. 3. I want a calendar view with employee scheduling. All this is easily attainable with Zoho creator, but what I really want help with is integration of the application with quickbooks and a CRM. Ideally i want it fully integrated where if a job is entered, it automatically populates in the CRM and quickbooks. but I can understand if there are limitations with it being fully integrated. These are rough guidelines and once I find someone who can provide me with a very cost effective solution, I would describe what I want in detail. It could be either a project or just consulting.
