Kanban view for tasks?

Hi there

I'm a Zoho One customer and want to know if there is a way in ZohoCRM or other Zoho apps to do the following:

1. Create progression/stage boards like in trello

2. Be able to list it as contract sent - client signed up - Case reviewed - documents shared - case finished

and then put customers into either stage depending on how they are progressing

3. Within the tile for each customer within stage I would like to be able to have a note added i.e. Case reviewed but concerns about ABC or other such quick fire comment or task

I looked at zoho sprints but it does not fir the picture. Many other CRMs offer this service. The Kanban is nt for sales purpose but for after to further step their progress as we work through their case as otherwise it becomes a big mess of emails and tickets and there is no way to track where each client is
