Looking to build a chatbot connected to salesiq
We dont really have a preference on the platform that is used but I think dialogflow/watson so that it can be deployed over other channels like facebook messenger. Zia skills can be deployed there as well?

Book a Product Demo
Chat with Support

Sales chat -
Collecting some preliminary information from the lead - 3-4 questions max - will provide these and input requirements.
Product Demo - is it possible to embed an iframe in the chat window to the calendar booking link? If not then redirecting to a new window.
Chat w support: launching the zia article suggestions based on their request and matching terms contained in the knowledge base articles (these are stored both in desk and sync to salesiq templates).
If customer is not able to find the appropriate article then forwarding to support dept.

Forwarding a single message.
Wait X time period and then offer yes/no option to the question "Would you be interested in a product demo?" if yes, then initiate the product demo flow from above.
