You've got a great product here, but it is also VERY backwards. The way this software is set up is not the natural way. Even your support icons are on the bottom. Please think about it. In a lot of softwares that are EASY to use, where do they put thier support buttons? On the top, people.
Your software is missing duplicate template features. This is utterly baffling. with the sheer amount of templates and sheer length of each template means they should be easily duplicated. The process of creating a new template could be 10 seconds long
But Zoho's solution is to make your users do work around to first create a project using the template they want to copy, then create a template from the project just created, a process that takes 2 minutes. This might make sense if there wouldn't be a lot of templates or if the duplicate template feature would be difficult to implement. But duplicate features is so common these days surely it's easy peasy by now. but you are making users have to do this for each and every template. i mean this work around takes 12X the time a duplicate feature does. Does this sound user friendly?
Then couple that with the other many many many many many (I'm not trying to be funny) cases where time gets leaked away because of missing either universal features (to apply to all projects/task), options, copy/duplicate features, or arranging pages in a most un-natural way or creating features with un-natural functionality, and the software becomes a nightmare to use.
Zoho, I implore you to do an independent audit of this software and compare it to the flagship Zoho CRM and you will see the massive time drainage this software is.
