Our requirements are for a billboard portfolio, development & sales management tool and are not overly complicated. The initial input data that is required is our lease and sales contracts, this info should be as follows: • Sites o Lease terms (per site) o Landlord name and details o Terms of lease rental o Permit status o Permit expiry o Lease duration – ie expiry date o It would be helpful to have a documentation function where we can store scans of leases, emails etc that are linked to a site/landlord o Perhaps standard lease examples etc as well o Options on the site – by who, for how long etc • Sales terms o Advertiser o Agency o Contact person/details o Start date o End date o Site code and rental terms o Sales person o Sales commission o Production details All reports and information can be extrapolated once we have proper input data. Once we have agreed on the input data we can start exporting this data into reports ie: • Turnover • Landlord payments • Nett to Tractor after landlord etc etc • Occupancy • Options • etc
