With the WorkDrive add-on for Gmail, you can:
Pick files from WorkDrive and send them as email attachments
Save incoming attachments to any Team Folder within your WorkDrive account

Share WorkDrive files or folders via email
Forget the hassle of downloading WorkDrive files and attaching them to your emails. You can share all your documents via share links no matter how large the file is.
1. Click Compose or the plus icon (+) in the top-left corner of your Gmail app.
2. Click the WorkDrive icon at the bottom of the New Message window. The Zoho WorkDrive window will open.
3. Select My Folders or a Team Folder and then select the file or folder you wish to share.
Save email attachments to your WorkDrive account
Manage all your incoming email attachments in a single location. Here's how you can save your Gmail attachments directly to your WorkDrive account:
1. Open an email that has attachments in your Gmail.
2. Click the WorkDrive icon in the right sidebar. You can choose to save either all attachments or a single attachment.
3. Click SAVE ALL or click an attachment to save it to your WorkDrive account.
4. Choose a top-level location (My Folders or a Team Folder) to save those files.
5. Click Save.
