We've rolled out a couple of new updates for our Zoho Docs users. If you've been using our desktop application, these updates will prove useful to you. Here's what's new:
Move the Sync folder anywhere
The new update lets you move your Zoho Docs folder to any location you want, after the initial sync is done. This means that you can save the Zoho Docs folder anywhere on your desktop, be it your personal folder, business folder or any other folder of your choice. You'll be able to move the folder by right-clicking on the sync icon and following this path: Preferences > Folder > Move. No matter how many times you move the folder, the sync setup will remain uninterrupted.
Action buttons for easy solutions
Now, every time you get an error message, you will have an action button in it, that helps you resolve the issue easily. These action buttons help you fix sync-related issues all by yourself without having to browse for solutions or contact the support desk.
For example, if all it takes to solve an issue is to simply move a file to a different location, you just have to click the Move action button (see the image above) in the error message and select the new location. Thus, the problem gets solved in a matter of seconds! You will also find a Learn More button that helps you explore each error. When you click Learn More, it takes you to the troubleshooting help page, where you can read in detail about the particular problem you want to resolve. So the next time you get an error, you don't have to raise a ticket and wait for a response. Just trust the buttons!
