I would like to have summary of conversation in Lead every time we speak to the perticular customer. We would like to keep adding the new log on the same screen so it is easy to review during the next followup. The current custome feild does not open the screen in big format. It is small format and can not review previous notes. It is very hard to see previous disccustion. These days it is not possible to close a deal on one phone call. Sometimes it can take several phone conversation and it is hard to note that with current stucture / option.
