I require a publicly accessible order form to be embedded in our website for schools to use to purchase staff licenses for an information product. The app needs to be integrated with Zoho Invoice using the API so that an invoice is automatically generated and emailed to the customer (or made available for them to download), with the invoice details populated from the information the customer supplies in the order form. The person ordering must supply full names and email addresses of each staff member they are ordering a license for. They should only be presented with the contact fields required for the number of licences they are purchasing (i.e. for 1, 2 or 3 staff members). The cost depends on the quantity of licenses ordered (1, 2 or 3). GST (sales tax) at 10% must be added to the license fee for Australian customers. The customer must be shown a confirmation of their order including the total cost and any GST charged and be given an opportunity to correct any mistakes before they submit their order and receive their invoice.
