Contact Tracking I need to track how often each of my 7-10 employees places a unique phone call to one of 20 contacts. I have already built a simple data-base form where at the end of their business day, they check as many of the 20 boxes as they managed to call. They hit submit and it adds a record with 20 true or false entries along with the date the record was submitted and their name.. I have been collecting this data, but I cannot figure out how to get it into a report or usefull format. So...I can start over with a new database, or someone can just build a reporting tool for the database I have of true/false entries. I need weekly, monthly and yearly totals sorted by employee and contact.
