Priority Features

Hi there, 
We are a very large training company that has just recently switched from Salesforce and a proprietary training platform to Zoho one. 

We have asked about a few basic features that our customers will SEVERELY miss like automatic certificate administration. And to our relief we've been told "these features are on the roadmap" 

We will find a workaround for now however not forever. 
After following the community a little more we are now worried that the "roadmap" is prioritizing features that aren't as necessary as some missing features are to a training platform. 

For example please do not create a website builder before you create a way for my students to receive their certificate automatically after finishing an on demand course that should be autonomous and not require my front desk logging in and sending certs 24/7 (as for some reason people love training late at night)

Please advise as I'm sure we're not the only established training company that's excited but a little worried.
