some staff members at my company has been using Zoho Projects for a few months now and we love it!
One thing though I am a little unsure of though and would like a little advice please....
Whenever we make any changes to Tasks, Milestones, Forums or comment on these the correct staff who are members of the project will get an email to alert them a change has been made which is good. I also get weekly messages about unassigned tasks and a digest of any tasks outstanding.
However, no one seems to get a notification for any Status messages added to the general Dashboard area within a Project.
For example, if I might wish to let everyone on the project know that I will be talking to a client about something related to the project by adding a quick post on the Status page. This is just a casual comment and therefore does become a task, milestone, etc but no one gets this status message through email. If we have the Chrome extension installed we do see a digit show up on it to say a comment has been added but it's not very distinct and easily missed, it would be clearer to also get an email message about the comment.
Problem is, that there are some staff on the project but who do not want to log into Zoho that often. It would be good for them to receive an email to just 'keep them in the loop'.
Is it just me or is this function not possible?
