Project management is a process too, Zoho! It needs automation with as much depth as CRM. Seriously who are you people serving with these half-cocked, half-thought out ideas? Automation in issues??? But none in for actual project management relating to service delivery??? Does any one actually use the issues automation??

I'm sick of having to close multiple unused tasks manually. I'm sick of having to add myself to the task every time instead of it being automatically added, when I'm the only user. I'm sick of having to change work hours from work hours/day to work hours for each and every task. I'm sick that your import from CRM doesn't work sensibly, leaving me having to manually enter client names, names that are already in CRM. I'm sick of not being able to change the Projects List page to see what I want to see, and not some useless information. And I'm sick of having to create project manually, even with templates, it's still a slow process.

I'm appalled that this needs to be said at all, come on, this is not 19 freaking 99. you've been asked several times for this automation, and your answers show you just shrug of this critical need as no more than a nuisance. I mean why make your product really easy to use, when you can make it hard? 

Get a grip Zoho and get to fixing this mess! Projects needs an overhaul!!!
