Part 1 Invoicing: Please answer in-line
I usually create invoices using Office Word because I can fully customize it anyway I want, but it is a waste of time. Please answer these questions in-line to help me decide on your product:
1- Can your Invoice Template be customized further to add different columns + rows? My invoice has the COMPETITORS PRICE column in addition to the YOU PAY column showing different prices and different totals (see attached).
2- Can I display the total of each (COMPETITORS PRICE and YOU PAY ) columns at the bottom row of these columns?
3- Can I then select which column to include in the calculation of the BALANCE DUE box? since I don’t want to include the competitor’s total.
4- Can I then calculate the difference (Competitors Price - You Pay = Amount Saved) to display it in a YOU SAVED this much box?
5- Can I include a PAY NOW button to the emailed invoice for my clients to click on? if so, then what payments can I accept? are they directed to your payment-webpage or do I’ve to have my own payment-webpage?
6- Can I also add payments manually such as whenever I get paid with a personal check or cash?
7- Does it fully integrate/sync with a CRM (either by Zoho or another) in order to automatically reflect and update clients payments on their profiles in the CRM itself?

Part 2 CRM: Please answer in-line
I would like to be able to use the following features (which I guess would be part of a CRM not a bookkeeping application?! but your input would help me understand that part too) :
1- I would like to be able to manage my clients info (for example in a Profile style):
a. view their past and current projects
b. view their paid and due invoices
c. attach project related images (photos of their damaged keyboard, laptop..etc)
d. attach project-related or client-related PDF Forms (such as service terms, on-site agreement..etc), if yes, then are they digitally "sign-able” within a native or a 3rd-party iOS/Mac app?
2- Does it fully integrate/sync with an invoicing application (either by Zoho or another) in order to email invoices and update payments into clients accounts?
