I recently moved our company to Zoho Project and I wonder if there's anyway to add column in the task overview, or set permission to who's allowed to see them.
I'm using it to communicate with our client, and we'd like them to have a time estimate of each task, and see the time spent in the time tracking to have an idea of the cost of the project so far.
We're using the combination CRM/Project/Invoice, is that possible?
Also is there any way to have a field for task complexity (1-10 or Fibonacci) to setup a base of AGILE spring management.
BTW since we're pretty new to the product we tried both version 3 and 4, and it's just confusing to see it's sometime counter productive to use V4. It really feels like the product should focus on new feature than just revamping the interface.
As some said before, Projects is not a facebook alternative looking to be all pretty, it's a work tool.
