We are currently looking to implement Zoho Inventory for order management.
The business workflow covers the "Quote/Estimate" cycle prior to the creation of a sales order. We track all activities within Zoho CRM, including the leads and deals cycles. I have successfully set up the Zoho Finance Suite, but I'm encountering some confusion regarding the process of generating quotes.
I am seeking advice on the best practices for managing quotes. Should I create quotes in Zoho Books? However, it's important to note that Zoho Books has certain limitations, particularly concerning the use of composite items and bundles.
Could someone kindly advise on the optimal utilization of CRM, Inventory, and Books for our requirements?
P.S. Everything in our inventory is functioning well, except for the quote generation process.
