We are currently running all of our sales CRM through Zoho. We add new leads to our CRM and then use Macros and custom fields to perform many tasks. For example, when we have new leads, we will use a macro to send them an introduction email and update some custom fields to set when to follow up with them. We have many macros and custom fields for many different functions. We then use custom views to view leads based on certain criteria (leads that need 1st followup, 2nd followup, etc). We have several limitations by doing it this way. We believe we can do everything much easier, more efficiently, and with more options by doing all the functions in Zoho Creator instead of using macros and custom fields. We need someone to review our current setup, transfer it to Zoho Creator, and then apply some updates/improvements to the way we are doing it now. The ultimate goal is to add more options/control over managing the leads while reducing our overall work.
