Redirect to another/same Form using Form Rules and MAP & TRANSFER selected fields

I run a dental practice and patients use Zoho forms to fill in their new patient details.

We have situations where a family of 2-4 comes in at the same time and require to fill in the form individually.

Currently, we have set up so that when they select that they are with their family and submits the form, same form will pop up for the other person to fill the details. It works all fine.

However, to make this process more efficient, we do require address details and so on to be transferred to the new form so that the other family member won't need to re-enter the same details.

I'm aware that you can do this in the "Acknowledgement & Redirects" section, however, this will redirect everytime someone submits the form regardless of selections done in the form. Which is not ideal as there are patients who come alone.

Is it possible to have the same feature in the "Form Rules" section so that we can select fields to be transferred to the redirected form?

Much appreciate if this feature is available as soon as possible.
