Need two reports: One that sums the new lead statuses entered that day by rep and one that combines those statuses in a team report. These reports would be generated automatically, daily. Each report would have a different email distribution list. I would like to integrate these status reports with external call data. I'm not sure how to pull that data (call statistics) into the report. I have attached a template that shows what I would like to achieve. Also, I need help creating different dispositions sets (lead status) for each campaign I have.
