Restrict users on Form Submission

Restrict users on Form Submission

In Zoho Creator, is there a way to restrict users/customers on form submission, on-click event of the submit button, they will be redirected to the customer login portal page (where they sign in / sign up) to complete a service purchase. We want a common home page, which needs to be visible without login. But on submitting the form "service purchase", I want to redirect the users to the customer portal's login page.
