I need to develop a simple system for my retail stores to sign into daily to pass me information about the days events in store. I have developed a process map that covers everything i need, i just dont have the time to put it together myself. It needs to be simple, drop down menus etc, with a bunch of multiple choice questions, and some basic data collection so i know whats been happening in store. I thenneed to be able to out put the data into excel so i can analyse it across all the stores. Each store would only be able to log into their specific stores collection portal, but i would be able to access them all and download all data into one file. Any questions let me know Ross@shaake.com
