Screenshot Notes

I just started using notebook. When I take a screenshot on my iPhone I have the option to share. I use this to send my screenshot to my desired notebook. Is there a way to add a note when sending or to add a tag from there? Or, do I have to go back into the app afterwards to add notes, tags, etc??
