I have a swimming pool business that is growing and I need help in moving from our paper system to an electronic system. In general we need to add all of our customers. We need a database that gives us detailed information about our customers equipment. Each week we visit our customers and need to fill out a service ticket (form) showing chemical readings and what was done for that trip. When repairs are done we write repair tickets. What is important for us is to be able to look at a customer and see their history. What was done this week, last week, last month, etc... I am surprised that I have not seen something more along the lines of setting up a suite of apps for purposes like this. I can share more information if someone is interested in this application.
