Setting up hierarchy at client company level

Setting up hierarchy at client company level

Hi,

I'm struggling to get my head around what (IMHO) should be a really simple part of Zoho Projects, the ability to view things at a Client Company level. My employer regularly runs multiple, multi year projects for our clients and would need to see a higher level view of progress by client, rather than at each individual project. Our biggest client currently has 25 individual projects  and the Project Manager is not able to get an overview.

For Example 
Acme Ltd 
* PROJ1 - Design a thing
* PROJ2 - Create a thing
* PROJ3 - Monitor a thing

At the moment each individual PROJ has a full dashboard and gantt charts etc... but when I try and find a link to view at Client Customer level I can only seem to do this via the home dashboard :

eg 
If I click on the green "3 Client Companies" link.


But this just gives me a list, and if I try and click on the customer name in the list it just collapses the projects beneath it and doesn't do anything ...

The only Dashboard I can find is by going to :
Projects > Choose single Customer Project > Users > Client Users > however this just gives me an address and contact info. 

My question is what is the easiest way to set up my data so that the hierarchy goes :

Client
  Project
      Task 
          Sub Task

I should then be able to view all the things currently available at Project level at Client level. 
This should be really simple... but I just can't work it out. Please help as the only way I can think to do this is having to recreate it all in Zoho Analytics 

(Oh. And I do not want ANY of my data viewable to any of the client users ever.)

        Hi All, Today, we have made an enhancement in task inline editing. In 4.0, task edit is moved in a single screen in a pop-up. We designed this in-order to make the task edit across the product to be the same. Let it be in Feeds, Tasks & My Tasks tab, Calendar & My Calendar tab, a click on the task title will open the popup and user can edit the values. Customers pointed us the inline editing was very useful to them & how much they miss that in 4.0. Based on the feedback, we have rolled out this enhancement.
