Share material, Lock Meeting and revamped feedback UI in the latest version of the Meeting iOS app.

Hello all,

In the latest version of the Zoho Meeting iOS mobile app (v1.6), we have brought in the below enhancements.

Share material in meeting:

We have introduced share material during meeting that allows participants to view supported materials such as video files, PowerPoint presentations (PPT), and PDF documents shared by web host. These materials are now available in a view-only mode, ensuring that participants can easily refer to them without making any edits or modifications. This is already supported in webinar sessions.



Lock Meeting:

The lock meeting feature will be exclusively offered to customers who have a paid subscription.

The option to lock the meeting can be found within the additional menu during the session.


After locking the meeting, a lock icon will be displayed next to the meeting timer as an indication. Additionally, a toast will be shown whenever the host chooses to either lock or unlock the meeting.


We have implemented notification handling to address scenarios where the host is in the background, and a participant sends a meeting knock request.

In such cases, a notification will be sent to the host, enabling them to take the necessary actions as the host of the meeting.
