Admin Dashboard  
 
The admin dashboard contains both a summary of and detailed information on all sessions conducted by your organization. This section helps a trainer reflect on attendee engagement, the quality of brainstorming sessions, and the overall reputation of their training organization. 
 

 
The Performance Graph
 
Data on session attrition can communicate more about a training session than by merely representing its rate of audience turnover. Over time, attrition data communicates an overall picture of your session's general success and provides your presenters with tools to reduce or eliminate any churn rate calamities. You can view the session performance graph on your dashboard and hover over the graph to view the trainee attrition count. You can also click on the bar graph to view detailed analytics of the relevant session. 
 

 
Training gamification
 
Gamification in virtual classrooms can improve a trainer's motivation and engagement. Game elements such as trainer badges for completing the classes successfully can increase the presenter's drive to deliver exceptional sessions. In the Members Overview section, you can identify the best performing trainer using parameters like sessions conducted, number of participants, audience engagement, and average rating received. 
 

 
Organizational analytics is a great tool for Admins to evaluate trainers and sessions so that extra attention can be given to under-performing training courses when needed, thereby reducing trainee attrition rate. Using analytics can lead to improved trainer achievements, give presenters a competitive edge, and empower your trainers to be the best educators possible.
