Whether you're a project manager or a team member, having to face the possibilities of a missed deadline is downright scary, isn't it? Well, no more worries; here's a quick tip to set reminders for all your crucial task deadlines.
Task reminders in Zoho Docs are easy to set and can be used to effectively manage individual or group tasks in a work place. If you need a quick reminder, you will have it in seconds.
Here's how you can set up a task reminder:
- Select the check-box next to the document you want to set a reminder for.
- Click Add Task button in the tool bar.
- In the pop-up which is displayed, click Task Type drop-down.
- Select the Reminder option.
- Click Due Date link to select a deadline date.
- Enter a description.
- Click Add. A task reminder is set and you'll be notified through an email when the reminder is due.
