Hello fellow form builders,
If you're a small business, then you know how important customer relationships are for success. Right now, you might be using spreadsheets to view and manage your form leads. However, as your business grows, it's often less and less efficient to track lead activity and customer relationships in those spreadsheets. Cut through the chaos and track your form leads better with Zoho Bigin.
When you integrate your forms with Bigin, you can easily view and track multiple contacts, deals, and accounts. Best of all, your team can close deals quicker this way!
What's Zoho Bigin?
Zoho Bigin is a pipeline-centric CRM built for small businesses. We created it for businesses who want to modernize their business and solve common admin issues.
A new way to look at your form respondents pipeline
Let's say that Ben, who owns a sound system equipment rental business, handles his customers without getting much outside help. Here's how he does that:
He shares his Rental Booking Form on his website and social media. Any customers who fill out the form are automatically pushed into the Contact module of Zoho Bigin. Now, Ben can see all of those leads' responses and their data in one place.
After that, he can follow up with those customers and add details, like call duration or purpose, inside Bigin.
He can also create tasks and events, or assign each customer to a sales rep. With a streamlined lead management process like this, the sales cycle for Ben's business is now shorter and more efficient.
In addition, Ben can manage different customer processes inside Bigin, as it allows you to create multiple pipelines. For instance, he can manage his equipment renting as an individual pipeline and the purchases made from his vendors as another pipeline.
How to integrate Forms and Bigin
Log in into your Zoho Forms account, and find Zoho Bigin under the Integrations tab. Start the configuration by choosing the Module, and map the fields whose value you want to pass on to Bigin. From there, simply select the required actions that are listed and finish up the integration process. To learn more, check out the step-by-step procedure here.
Adding a related list
As you send form entries into Bigin, you can also pass on specific collected form values with each submission. To learn more, check out the step-by-step procedure here.
Looking up Bigin contacts with a Lookup Filter
The most important sales data you need is your contact's name and previous interactions. The Lookup Filter setup lets you relate an incoming form entry with a contact in Bigin, if it already exists.
An incoming form entry can be looked up using details like name, email, phone, and so on. This feature comes in handy when matching just the name isn't enough to relate the records. You can also set up different actions to perform when a looked up record matches or doesn't match. Learn more about this using this link.
If there isn't a match with an existing contact, you can choose to create one from right inside Zoho Forms. Similar to the integration mapping, while creating a new record, you can choose which form values to transfer by mapping them.
The key takeaway
Consolidating your customer data into one place streamlines your sales process, letting you more successfully engage with customers and close deals quicker. And now that your data is centralized, you can give your customers a more consistent customer experience. Try out this integration and let us know how it works for you your business!
