sync problem ,media not downloading.

i started using notebook recently and was impressed by its features, design. Attempted to use it on windows as web clipper as well as windows app. Both are great tools and i love that its has the option to lock every note with a password, pinch to group which are unique to zoho, but i have encountered the following problems in using both of them.

1. Mobile app is very good, & windows app , web clipper and web app are again great tools in their use but whats creating problem is the synchronization. Notes dont sync as expected. mobile app says "syncing" but fails to sync the notes and same is the case with desktop app or web app. and also observed ,mobile app notes sync with desktop app only when i close the app and reopen it.

2. sometimes notes inside trash , untrash themselves and mix up with my existing ones.

3. media like photos and audio dont sync, they show a message such as the file attached below that says" downloading" and its been hours since i created the note but it didnt yet sync. i noticed in forum that this issue was raised and it still remains. hope you resolve it.

suggestion:

desktop app has the feature to edit pictures added like drawing, few highlighting tolols etc. it would be nice if the same would be added to the mobile version tooo!
