Sync problem with iphone and ipad air

I have installed Notebook in both Windows and Mac computers and now installed in iphone and ipad air. The notes are imported from Evernote (the conversion process was slow but seemed to work well; slow I mean like three days slow).

Although Notebook works well in the computers, the iphone and ipad air show the notebooks, at least some, and keep "syncing" without ending for at least three days now. I have stopped the process, deleted the app and reinstalled and the same thing happens, neverending "sync" with no ability to access the notes.

I've seen in the forum here suggestion to send in the feedback with log option, but I can't do that since the app just keeps "syncing" and won't allow me to open the settings area.

So I don't know if I should just wait and it will eventually finalize syncing or is there some other thing I need to do. There are a lot of notes which is why it took so long to convert from Evernote, so it's possible that it's just a long process but after three days seems like it should be fully synced by now.
