Template customization

Hi,

I spent the past 5 days looking for a good quote/invoicing app (especially important for my business) and I was almost convinced Zoho Invoice was the best solution for me. However, I was shocked when I understood that template customization wasn't possible (anymore) and the only solution were the ugly default template provided.

I contacted the support, who didn't seem to care too much about losing potential clients. Anyway, I had to go create an account at one of Zoho's competitor (not convinced by them either, but they let me create attractive quotes...)
