Tip #3: Recibe actualizaciones automáticas de registros importantes con las reglas de seguimiento

El tip de esta semana de nuestra serie Tips & Tricks en español se centra en recibir actualizaciones automáticas en aquellos registros que más te interesan y que requieren de tu atención. 

En situaciones en las que se maneja una vasta cantidad de registros, la probabilidad de que te pierdas algo importante aumenta. Podría ser cualquier cosa:
  • Un muy buen trato que podría ayudarte a alcanzar tu objetivo del mes y que requiere toda tu atención.
  • Un prospecto que se resiste a cerrar el trato y que hace las cosas más difíciles de lo que son.
  • Posibles Clientes generados en una campaña reciente que están en estado inactivo.
  • Visitas que deberían haberse realizado la semana pasada pero no se completaron.
  • Facturas y tratos que necesitan descuentos extra.
Esta lista sigue, pero la verdadera cuestión es, ¿puede alguien hacer un seguimiento de todos ellos? Bien, gracias a las reglas de seguimiento automáticas de fuentes, tú puedes llegar a hacerlo.

Haciendo un repaso de lo que sabemos sobre Zoho CRM, el módulo Fuentes puede enviar actualizaciones de aquellos registros que tú decidas seguir. ¿Pero cómo decido qué registros seguir? Por defecto recibirás actualizaciones de aquellos registros de tu propiedad. Sin embargo, cuando necesites seguir los registros de otros miembros de tu equipo, estos no apareceran. Y tampoco es factible revisarlos y hacer su seguimiento manualmente - ¡necesitas invertir tu tiempo en cosas que importan!

En ese caso, puedes crear
Reglas de Seguimiento Automáticas. Éstas te permiten establecer una serie de criterios específicos de tu elección por los que quieras seguir un registro. Cuando ese registro cumpla los criterios, lo seguirás automáticamente, y las actualizaciones sobre el mismo aparecerán Fuentes.

Tomemos dos ejemplos de los señalados arriba. Una empresa que prepara arreglos de alimentos de alta calidad, y en concreto para esta temporada cajas de navidad, tiene un trato pendiente con un cliente con 75 de estas cajas, lo cual es un trato de gran importe. ¿Cómo puede la persona responsable de ventas seguir este trato?

Accede a Módulo Fuentes > Reglas de Seguimiento automáticas > Crear. En este caso, el registro a seguir vendrá del módulo Tratos.


Para diseñar estas cajas, esta empresa visita a sus clientes al menos una vez antes de realizar el trato. ¿Cómo puede la persona responsable de coordinar estas visitas asegurarse de que todas se cumplan?

Accede a Módulo Fuentes > Reglas de Seguimiento automáticas > Crear. En este caso, el registro a seguir vendrá del módulo Tareas.


Con estas Reglas de Seguimiento Automáticas podrás asegurarte el recibir actualizaciones de los registros que más te importan, como tratos de gran importe con fecha de cierre en el mes actual, o visitas pendientes de la semana. Nota: Fuentes capturará los cambios en un registro que sean del tipo crear, editar, o eliminar registros, además de añadir notas. Para más información, visita Fuentes.
