If you've been a user of
Zoho Docs
, you must know of the
folder upload
option. You might agree it is a very handy feature when you have most of your files stored in specific folders along with the sub-folders.
Now, what if you have a bulky folder? With bulky I mean, say a folder with some 20 odd sub-folders each containing documents. You tried to upload this folder but you are met with a restriction message and you might just assume that you have to upload each file individually. Well you don't have to because we have a solution.
To upload a folder that has many subfolders and files just follow these steps:
Log into Zoho Docs from your
Chrome browser
Click on the
Upload button
on the top left hand side
From the drop-down menu select
Bulk Upload
In the displayed page click on the
Try Folder Upload
link at the top right hand side of the box
A pop up will appear. Click on
Ok
(folder upload is available only with HTML upload and not Flash upload)
Click on
Select Folder
Choose your folder and click on
Select
button
Then click on the
Upload
button
Your folder along with all your sub-folders will get uploaded, without having to do your tree structure again.
