Maken jullie ook al gebruik van de mobiele Zoho Desk App? Via de mobiele app blijf je altijd op de hoogte van je klantenservice, waar je ook bent! Bovendien kun je gemakkelijk reageren op tickets en de tickets inzien op basis van de prioriteit.

In de laatste versie van de Desk iOS mobiele app (v2.6.9), kun je nu een nieuwe tag toevoegen of bestaande tags selecteren of verwijderen vanuit een ticket in de mobiele app. Zie de onderstaande screenshot voor de details:


 
Om gebruik te maken van deze laatste versie kun je de app updaten via de App Store. De Zoho Desk app is ook beschikbaar voor Android.
