Ability to geo-route toll free numbers to discreet area codes/zip codes/ or radius from center point of media market; Platform must also capture zip code of caller. Upon pickup of call, IVR has been informed of the identifying data above, as much as is necessary. Virtual Receptionist/Virtual Call Center agent will "handle" call accordingly. It will: 1. Greet caller and thank caller and inform caller to be on lookout for text message; system sends a text message (because Platform knows it is a mobile phone call) 2. Greet caller, etc., and have caller provide email address to receive the offer for which caller is calling 3. Phone number caller called from is associated on back end with Primary Zip Code, which is associated with cluster of zip codes. Primary zip code is most populous in given market.
