We need to develop a Transaction Management Platform which keeps track of Real Estate Sales, Commissions, Taxes to remit, as well as calculating at the end of each month a Revenue Sharing to agents and brokers in a 7 level network marketing tree structure. We currently have a platform written in php/mySQL however it seems that moving back to Zoho Creator might be a better choice if we can find the right developer / development team. There are quite a few moving parts for the application so we are looking for an individual or team who could pull it together. We already have a working platform however it is in need of a total rewrite. The platform should be able to support multiple individuals entering data enter the App simultaneously and early the following month it should close out Revenue Share payouts from the previous month based on a set of rules we have created. You will need to be able to work inside of our virtual office to meet with various stakeholders to understand what they need. We do have a project manager who you would be working with for rapid prototyping and review. I have put a time frame and budget below however we are really looking for feedback from you on time frame and budget once you understand the project. We would hope to work with you long term to continue to enhance the project if necessary.
