Update: Enhancement in Aging Summary Report

Hello Everyone,

We’re enhancing our reports and as a first step towards that, we’ve added few customization options in our ' Aging Summary Report ’.

The Aging Report is a great tool for owners to plan and predict cash flow better. It’s the easiest way to identify and monitor the payment status of outstanding customer invoices.

Updates:

1. Custom Intervals and columns for your Aging Report : You can now customize the reports based on your payment terms and determine when to schedule calls to customers to discuss payment collection. The report will also have option to list all the customers along with their Primary contact's information (Phone/ Email) making it easier for you to reach out to them.

2. Group Outstanding by Salesperson : This little functionality will help you to bridge the gap between your sales and credit teams. The Aging Report will list the outstanding amount by salesperson, so you can involve them in the debt collection process. The report will enlighten the salesperson on the customer’s credit worthiness and hence better sales in future.

3. Group Outstanding by Currency : You can split the outstanding invoice amount in Zoho Invoice based on the invoice currency.

We're continuously improving this report so you can get insights on improving your cash flow. If you'd prefer to customize the report further or add more 'Group By' option s, do let us know in the comments below or add them in our Feedback Forum.
