URGENT: Numerous problems with Zoho Campaigns

To whom it may concern,

 

I have been experiencing numerous problems with Zoho campaigns over the past few days. These problems are cause serious implications for our marketing and tracking and are urgent that we get solutions to fix them.  I have listed them below with the first one being the most important.

 

            1)   I ran an email deliverability test (On https://glockapps.com/ )to figure out why our emails are landing in the junk/spam folder. It appears that the IP address used to send out our emails are blacklisted on two servers? (See below picture). Why is the IP blacklisted? Can it be changed to a different IP? (This is IP address has been verified as Zoho’s and not ours)

 

 

     2)  The email deliverability test showed that the email has 26 errors (HTML code and Links & images) and I wasn’t sure why (This test email was made using your drag and drop system). I then ran another test for a separate email where I used a plain text email and it showed up 0 HTML code, Links and images errors, so it leads me to believe that there are some serious problems when doing a non-plain text email through campaigns (see below photos for evidence)

 

    3)  With the campaigns that I have sent out, I believe that the reports are giving me the wrong readings/percentages for ‘opened’ and ‘clicked’. I was sceptical that it was giving me wrong readings yesterday when I compared the report with Google analytics. So today I created a specific URL link within the email sent out, that no one else has access too, and wasn’t used anywhere else. There were 133 clicks for the link within the email reported by Google, however, the Zoho report shows that only 3 people ‘uniquely clicked’ the link. It is very confusing as the Google analytics and Zoho reports results are so different and I am inclined to believe google as they track who and how many people clicked the specific link/campaign. (See below for evidence)
