I have the following situation.
Many of my clients don’t want to chat on my website page because they view the site from their phone. As a result, the browser on the mobile phone does not signal the client when my operator answered. Therefore, I use telegram and WhatsApp icons on the pages of my website so that clients immediately go to these services and communicate with my operators there. This is convenient and then I don’t lose my clients. The conversion in this case is very high.
My question.
Is it possible to set up a UTM tracker (Parameters) for Telegram / WhatsApp in SalesIQ? At a minimum, when you go to Telegram (via the icon with a link on my website), the URL of the page from which the client switched to Telegram is transmitted to SalesIQ.
As an option, I tried to set up Zobot by giving the client a “link” to the Telegram bot in a message. But in this option, it is necessary to transfer the URL of the first page of the webchat request to the conversation via Telegram. How can i do this? If it can be done but you need a programmer, then I will find it.
