Hi everyone,
Welcome to TransMail's community forum. Though TransMail has been in use inside Zoho for nearly half a decade, we only
recently launched it as a service to all of you. We'd firstly like to thank all of you for the great response and feedback you have extended to TransMail since its launch in November 2020.
What is TransMail?
For the benefit of the uninitiated, let me start off by addressing the most basic question: What is TransMail?
TransMail is a
secure and reliable transactional email sending service from the creators of Zoho Mail. Over the past couple of years, we identified that the struggle of consistently delivering transactional emails is common to many businesses. TransMail was crafted to address this need. By being an exclusive transactional email service and by eliminating marketing emails from our platform, we help businesses to deliver transactional emails to their customers without any delay.
What is the difference between TransMail and Zoho Mail?
This is the next most common question we come across: How are TransMail and Zoho Mail different?
TransMail is exclusively for sending automated transactional emails from your website or application to your users. For example, password reset emails, order confirmation emails etc. Zoho Mail on the other hand is used to send business emails by employees of an organization. It is meant for one-on-one or group email collaborations. While these services come from the same creator, they are completely separate products that can be used independent of each other.
