Hello fellow form builders,
Creating rules in Zoho Forms doesn't only make your forms smarter and more efficient, it also acts as the ultimate time saver in your efforts to personalize the form-filling experience.
To maximize the efficiency of rules, we've made a few tweaks that you will absolutely love:
- Form rules performed for updated form records
- Shift between rules
- New UI
Form rules for updated form records
This will require an additional configuration under the Updated Record section. You can start configuring the rules per your business needs. This way you don't allow any form submissions to skip the workflow, no matter if it is a new record or a modified record.
Shift between rules
When you're uncertain about creating a rule, you can cross-check your rules, and still come back and finish your setup from where you left it.
To do this, you need to use the
icon to minimize the specific rule configuration, and then you can start accessing your other rules.
Note that you won't be able to assess form-building features other than the specific rule setup page you are currently in. To re-open the rule, navigate to the bottom-right corner and click on the
icon on the minimized rule's window.
Easy-to-understand UI
The new UI features a tint of green and gives you a standard experience on par with the rest of the form building experience. It also emphasises the buttons, making navigation easier than before.
